When I am not out painting or writing or taking photographs, I volunteer at a local shelter. Helping frightened, shy, stray and abandoned felines how to be cats again is something I am much obliged to do. When they are ready for adoption, it is a treat to take photos of them for their web pages. It is very rewarding to see them go to their forever homes. And I am super lucky to have a constant variety of cats to pose for my drawings and paintings, too!
